Just a thought. All the money wasted/lost on test and trace, is the same amount of money required to power every uk household from offshore wind power. This would mean pennies per kilowatt hour.

3. Bits fall off, or they fall over
I am all for renewable energy but setting a hard net zero target, based on aggressive assumptions about alternative power generation, is nuts.
