Magnesium will aid with sleep, blood sugar regulation, energy levels, and blood sugar. All of these indirectly lead to weight loss so I HIGHLY recommend taking magnesium supplements

I asked this coach why only #Amway. Coach says only Amway protein powder works during weight loss. The weight loss comes from intermittent fasting. If the right diet is taken, u dont need extra supplements.

18. Supplements are only the icing on the cake. D3, creatine + omega 3s is a good baseline.
19. Eat similar foods 80-90% of the time for simplicity.
20. Crazy amounts of cardio and steps aren't necessary for weight loss.
