We need to be done with this era of extreme HIIT classes and endless cardio for weight loss.
The most effective training style for fat loss is traditional weight lifting.
More muscle on your body will always burn more body fat then trying to burn more cals w/ more exercise.

You can be super mindful of your protein intake. That means making sure to eat 0.8- 1.5 g of protein per lb of body weight. Also, look into MAPS which are amino acid pills 💊

When I started my gym training with my Trainee PT I managed a deadlift of around 60 kgs possibly 80 as I'm not sure he counted the bar which is a 20kg weight one
