9 months ago I was 166 pounds, I'm now 98 pounds. I lost over 68 pounds. It's Insane that the weight loss can dramatically Improve you health and strength.
I mainly eat things that have protein and good vitamins. I work out for 2 hours a day and rest 1-2 days a week. (1/2)
