And support organic and sustainable farmers. Give them the tools they need to produce nutritious and life giving food and support the ecosystem naturally.

As it is right now we're just eating to get full. Food has little nutritional value. It's why everyone is getting sick.

But you don’t need to count calories when you eat REAL food:

- Grass-fed meat, Raw dairy, Eggs
- Organic fruits/veggies
- Healthy fats (tallow, butter, ghee, olive oil, avocado)
- Carbs (white rice, potatoes, sourdough)

Food has a purpose = FUEL ⛽️
