Brah, there's no purpose in wetting your toothbrush prior to brushing teeth. It'll dilute the toothpaste, which is already composed of water, & it'll reduce the amount of friction. Just brush, rinse, & wash your toothbrush. Numerous dentists say it's better not to wet the brush
