It was a 6 or 7 step process which included:
1. Sign into google account on tv
2. Try sign in via phone YouTube app, update app but still fails
3. Try to sign in via password on TV, typing in with remote
4. Found NFL channel, it says sign on via phone QR code

Max definitely is a worse app than HBO Max (sidebar is completely worthless now), and they filled it with a bunch of trash tv shows, but at least they didn't remove anything and at least some of the trash tv is TLC trash tv.

LRT: I so badly wish that, since they're not going to do an HD remaster of it, @paramountplus would present Deep Space 9 in 4:3, the stretching they do looks just terrible. Sometimes the app on my TV will glitch and I'll get 4:3 and it feels so much better.
