To get in shape, follow a diet that is high in protein and greens. Cut-out white bread and sugary drinks.

Also each body have different needs or diet that works for them. Mine is high protein and fiber, with very little simple carb and saturated fat. It's the most effective and sustainable diet for me. My weight is always stable, and I'm happy with the food choices for this diet!
