Been working out more and eating better but got bad labs for the first time last week.

Blood sugar and cholesterol are both too high. The physician’s assistant said they’re both side-effects of Tamoxifen, my estrogen blocker.

Changing my diet to tackle this w/o drugs I hope..

Kick in in about a week it should subside from the higher levels, with relaxation of the muscles & pain relief. I am feeling a little bit better yesterday and today. Cholesterol is definitely high but hopefully diet will fix it and the low dosage water pill can be weaned off. 6/7
